Load Sizes and Delivery Times
We advise of our current worst case delivery time on the top of our banner, we aim to get your firewood delivered as soon as we can within this timescale.
We make contact prior to delivery to confirm the day and time suits you.
How We Deliver
We offer tipped loose loads for you to put away or netted logs delivered to your log store.
We prefer to complete the first delivery when you are at home, when we know the lie of the land at your property we can deliver when you are out if you are happy with that.
We have however successfully completed “First Time Deliveries” when the customer has not been at home, by having a few photos of the property, the access and where the order is to be placed.
If a tarp is left out we happy to cover over your logs if rain is forecast.
